Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

I will do a consultation with you to find out what is causing you anxiety or emotional distress at the moment.

 

Stress is one of the things that can really wreak havoc with the reproductive system and this technique is a great way of reducing stress.

 

I have also used this method to successfully relieve PMS and period pain symptoms.

 

It involves a simple tapping sequence, where you tap yourself and repeat certain phrases to reduce emotional distress.

 

I will interview you to find out what will work best for you then go through the routine with you prompting you each step of the way so that you can focus on learning the technique.

 

After the session I will send you the tapping sequence and the phrases used for you to follow at home, out and about, whennever you need it.

 

This service is available via Skype.

This Is For You If...

 

You have certain triggers that set of your stress or cause you to engage in unhealthy behaviours for comfort eg overeating.

You are suffering from untreated or uncontrolled psychiactric issues.
