Mindfulness is a series of breathing, visualisation and meditation like techniques which can be used to reduce stress and pain.


I will carry out a consultation with you to find out what you require and send you a script or recording of the mediation afterwards.


These techniques are straight forward and easy to do on your own after some practice and once mastered can be extremely effective at relieving stress, PMS symptoms and pain.
