One thing many of my charting clients ask me is "why do I get really hot just before my period?".  I also have a few clients who have this issue on the first day or two of their period and they come to me with confusion.

I am a woman's reproductive health specialist, who after suffering terribly with various issues with my period, found natural solutions to heal myself.


I now help other women who are suffering period problems, PMS and fertility issues who often feel they have no where else to turn.


In my clinic, based in Guildford I treat my clients using Fertility Massage Therapy, massage for digestive issues, Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Nutrition, Natural Family Planning and Meditation depending on what the client needs.


I also offer online Skype sessions for one to one clients teaching them self massage of the abdomen, natural family planning, meditations, EFT and putting together a health plan for them to follow with recommendations on appropriate exercise, nutrition regimes and other self care and life style changes.


I also offer online tuition for Benkung Belly Binding for post partum women (or a partner, friend or companion who would like learn it for them).
