As an aromatherapist, I am so glad that essential oils have been making it big in the health and wellness industry news over the last few years. I have been using them for years to help women with period problems and they are an essential part of my practice. It feels great to no longer be an outlier when using these beautiful additions to my tool box.
I do however, get tagged in lots of debates, heated discussions on essential oil safety. I used to give blanket statements but people don't understand why I say that because it would take too long to explain the full reasoning each time.
Instead I have had decided to do a video series on Womb Tube about Essential Oil Safety and Myth Busting. All videos are short and bite sized.
If you have any topics you'd like me to cover on safety or myth busting, please do let me know.
