This is a course to deepen your understanding of your period, help you to reconnect to the menstrual phase of your cycles and gives in depth information on how to choose and use more vagina and womb friendly products.

It also gives you lots of different therapies to try for connecting you to your period and helping your period pain.

This video course includes:

  • In depth information of what a period is, what a "healthy" period should look like and a chart to help you start charting your period.

  • Information on what is in standard period products and why they may not be the best option for your menstrual health.

  • How to use re-usable pads.

  • How to choose and use menstrual cups including a Cupagami video on how to fold your cup.

  • Videos on how to use essential oils, and which oils to help with period pain.

  • Which foods can help with period pain.

  • Meditations for each phase of your cycle.

  • Putting together a period preparation box.

  • How to use journalling and tapping for period pain.

  • Crystal therapy for your period pain.

  • In depth instructions for castor oil packs and womb steams.

One of the most effective ways you can help your periods and hormones is to eat well.

This can be particularly tricky if you don't have experience of eating and preparing plenty of fresh or home cooked food. 

There are so many different things you need to do in order to eat healthily for your hormones:

  1. Increase your plant intake, especially veggies.

  2. Increase your healthy fat intake.

  3. Try going gluten free.

  4. Try going dairy free.

  5. Cut out processed foods.

  6. Eat more "real" and whole foods.


Making these changes can be particularly tricky.  Fitting them into your day can be difficult.

This course consists of videos and a downloadable recipe guide.

This course includes:

  • An introduction to nutrition, understanding all the macro nutrients and key nutritional concepts.

  • A recipe guide with recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 60 in total.

  • A video on how to meal plan.

  • A video on how to meal prep, this is key to managing your time to make your life more manageable.

One of the most powerful ways of understanding what is going on in your body is your full menstrual cycle.

Charting my menstrual cycle has literally changed my life.

It gave me so many clues about my health based on the colour and texture of my period, cervical fluid and temperature patterns.

I could see what was going on with my hormones and actually managed to see when I ate foods that triggered inflammatory responses and when my lifestyle was not supporting my cycle.

In this video course you will learn to:

  • Understand your menstrual cycle in great detail including how the various different hormones change what phase you are in and the symptoms you track.

  • Chart your period and symptoms.

  • Chart your basal body temperature (BBT).

  • Chart your cervical fluid.

This course takes you through how to record your symptoms, not how to interpret them.

Once you have a few cycles tracked, you can book in a session for us to work through and interpret your chart.
